1. *Lithium Battery Pack Technician*
Key Responsibilities
– Assemble, weld, wire, and test battery packs and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
– Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain production quality.
– Conduct battery aging tests, physical inspections, and basic fault investigations.
– Perform routine equipment checks and ensure safe operations.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation, or a related field.
– More than two years of relevant experience in battery manufacturing, electronic assembly, or electrical work.
– Experience with Chinese-owned companies or factories in China will be preferred.
– Proficiency in MS Office, with strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
2. *Sales Manager – Motorcycles & E-Bikes*
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
– Build and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors.
– Monitor market trends and competitors.
– Lead the sales team, establish KPIs, and evaluate performance.
– Coordinate with marketing, product development, and technical teams.
– Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations.
– Ensure effective after-sales service coordination.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
– At least three years of proven automotive sales experience.
– Strong network in motorcycle sales and battery distribution channels.
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
3. *Chinese Translator*

Requirements
– Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
– Previous factory or industrial site experience is mandatory.
– Experience in administration and coordination with government departments.
– Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
