North Campus, On-site. Full-time, *Karachi*
JOB SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for assisting with planning, daily management, and reporting, and for ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures. This role supports the General Manager (GM) in administrative, operational, and strategic functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities at the Campus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure timely submission of monthly supply chain management report.
Maintain records of purchase, pricing, and other important documents.
Oversee the daily administrative and operational activities of the Sukkur Campus.
Provide monthly analysis of the department.
Act as a liaison between the GM and department heads, ensuring effective communication and task execution.
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES
Effective communication and coordination skills.
Negotiation skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business Administration/ Mechatronics/ B.com
Professional Qualifications: Field related short course / Certification prefer/PGD SCM
Work Experience: 02-05 years
