We are offering a six-month, full-time remote trainee position designed for recent graduates who are eager to develop their skills in web development and software engineering. This unpaid opportunity requires a commitment from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is ideal for individuals who have completed their Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology and are looking to gain practical experience in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
– Work with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
– Support database management tasks involving MySQL and ensure data integrity.
– Collaborate with the team to integrate RESTful APIs and handle JSON data formats.
– Participate in troubleshooting and debugging to improve application performance and reliability.
– Follow best practices in coding and documentation to maintain high-quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology. Undergraduate students or those currently enrolled in academic programs are not eligible.
– Beginner-level proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
– Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON data handling.
– Fundamental knowledge of relational database concepts and management.
– Ability to commit full-time hours during the specified schedule.
