Duseca Software is seeking two enthusiastic fresh graduates in Computer Science or Software Engineering to join our Islamabad office as Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) – Project Coordinators. This full-time, on-site role operates during the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop their skills in client communication and project coordination while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
– Participate in comprehensive training focused on client communication and project coordination.
– Assist in managing client interactions and addressing their concerns effectively.
– Support project coordination activities to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
– Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction.
– Collaborate with team members to maintain organized workflows and meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a recognized institution.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
