KGT Global is seeking a Trainee Project Manager / CSR to join their team at the Nazimabad, Karachi office. This is a full-time, on-site position with night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, working six days a week with Sundays off. The role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with natural leadership qualities to develop their careers in project management within a dynamic software house environment. Candidates must hold a university degree and should not be current students.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with a professional team of website developers to manage up to 15 projects simultaneously.
– Communicate effectively with foreign clients in English, with support provided to enhance linguistic skills.
– Utilize project management tools and technologies to ensure timely delivery and quality of projects.
– Gain exposure to website development tools and processes to better understand project requirements and progress.
– Handle client interactions and coordinate between different teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications:
– University degree in any discipline is mandatory.
– Strong typing skills with good command over verbal and written communication in English.
– Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges efficiently.
– Ability to work full-time in an office-based environment during night shifts.
– Fluency in English is required to effectively manage communication with international clients.
