Digital Otters, a full-service digital marketing agency based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, is offering an internship opportunity in their Social Media & Digital Marketing department. This role is designed for creative and motivated individuals eager to gain practical experience by working on real client projects. The internship runs Monday through Saturday and provides exposure to various aspects of social media management, SEO, paid advertising, and website development within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist in planning and managing social media content across multiple client accounts.
– Conduct research on content ideas, trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
– Support the development of monthly social media content calendars.
– Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce engaging posts, reels, stories, and other multimedia content.
– Write compelling captions and basic social media copy tailored to different brands.
– Schedule and publish content on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
– Monitor social media accounts for engagement, comments, and messages, ensuring timely responses.
– Help track social media performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
– Prepare basic reports on social media performance for internal review.
– Stay informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
– Collaborate with the social media team to ensure consistent and timely delivery of client content.
– Adhere to brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all social media channels.
Required Qualifications
– Strong interest in social media management and digital marketing.
– Good written English and communication skills.
– Basic understanding of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
– Creative mindset with enthusiasm for content creation and awareness of online trends.
– Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva is advantageous.
– Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content research and ideation is a plus.
– Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work collaboratively within a team.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
– Fresh candidates and students are encouraged to apply; prior professional experience is not required.
