Jenpharm Life Sciences is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our expanding team in Johar Town, Lahore. Key Responsibilities
– Assist in the development and execution of product marketing strategies, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
– Coordinate and manage clinical studies by handling documentation, data collection, and maintaining communication with healthcare professionals.
– Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
– Support medical conferences, academic events, and facilitate engagement with dermatologists and other healthcare providers.
– Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver product training, create marketing content, and prepare regular reports.

Required Qualifications
– Pharm-D degree from a recognized institution.
– Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
– Basic understanding of pharmaceutical, dermatological, or dermo-cosmetic products.
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
– Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges with a proactive attitude.
– Ability and readiness to travel for work-related activities when necessary.
