SiteGrowth is seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven CRM amp; Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support a UK-based digital healthcare client.
The ideal candidate will independently manage email marketing, WhatsApp communications, CRM automation, and content creation to improve customer engagement, retention, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.
Build automated welcome, retention, and reactivation journeys.
Develop WhatsApp communication workflows and automations.
Create engaging marketing content using AI and design tools.
Manage CRM segmentation and customer engagement.
Track campaign performance, conversions, and revenue.
Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing experience.
Experience with HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Active Campaign, or similar platforms.
Strong English copywriting and content creation skills.
Practical experience building CRM automation workflows.
Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva.
Understanding of customer retention and conversion optimization.
WhatsApp Business API experience is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a UK-based team.
