Key Responsibilities
– Support participants throughout the training and internship program by providing guidance on career paths, skill development, and professional growth.

– Track participant progress and assist in resolving queries related to project work and industry standards.
– Conduct basic research on career trends to keep the program aligned with current market demands.

– Interest or basic knowledge of fundraising and outreach activities, particularly within educational or training contexts.
– Good organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and support participants across various tracks.
– Proficiency in common digital tools such as office productivity suites and online collaboration platforms.
– Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
– Enrollment in or completion of a degree in any field is beneficial but not mandatory. Fields such as education, psychology, or business are advantageous.
