*Manager Employee Engagement and DEI*
No of Position: 1
-Develop and implement employee engagement programs, events, and initiatives across the organization.
-Manage employee engagement and pulse surveys, analyze feedback, and drive action plans.
-Lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, awareness campaigns, and employee sensitization programs.
-Design and execute activities that promote a positive workplace culture, wellbeing, and employee participation.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver employee wellness, CSR, and culture-building initiatives.
-Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, NGOs, and industry forums to support engagement and employer branding efforts.
-Develop communication campaigns that promote organizational culture, employee achievements, and DEI initiatives.
Education: BBA/MBA Degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in planning and managing employee events and organizational initiatives.
