We’re Hiring | *Officer – Compensation & Benefits*
ALFAHIM Group is looking for a motivated and analytical Officer – Compensation & Benefits to support compensation frameworks, employee benefits, incentive management, and performance management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support compensation structures, salary analysis, and market benchmarking.
- Coordinate medical, life, and workmen’s compensation insurance.
- Manage incentive updates and maintain employee KPI data in Oracle.
- Maintain job descriptions and support job evaluations.
- Coordinate performance management cycles and ensure HR policy compliance.
- Prepare HR reports and support regional HR operations in Pakistan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant Compensation & Benefits / Rewards Management experience.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced MS Excel proficiency; Oracle experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- HR certifications such as CIPD, CCP, GRP, or SPHR are preferred.
