WE’RE HIRING – *R&D COSMETICS*
Sukooon Wellness is looking for a skilled and innovative *R&D Cosmetics Formulation Specialist* to join our Research & Development team for skincare, haircare, and personal care product development.
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Key Responsibilities
Develop and formulate new skincare, haircare, and personal care products
Research and evaluate raw materials, active ingredients, and cosmetic formulations
Conduct laboratory trials, stability testing, and formulation optimization
Improve existing products for quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness
Prepare and maintain formulation records, SOPs, and technical documentation
Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance teams
Support product scale-up from laboratory trials to commercial manufacturing
Ensure formulations comply with applicable cosmetic quality and safety standards
Research market trends, new ingredients, and innovative cosmetic technologies
Requirements
Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Relevant experience in cosmetic formulation and product development
Practical knowledge of skincare, haircare, and personal care formulations
Understanding of cosmetic ingredients, preservatives, emulsifiers, and active ingredients
Knowledge of stability testing, compatibility testing, and quality documentation
Familiarity with GMP, ISO 22716, and cosmetic product safety requirements will be an advantage
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
Experience in developing products such as serums, creams, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, cleansers, and other skincare or haircare formulations will be preferred.
