Job Title: Event Management Vendor Onboarding Intern
Location: Islamabad/Rawalpindi (Remote)
Duration: 6 to 8 weeks (Flexible)
Stipend: 20,000 PKR
Are you passionate about the event management industry? Do you have a knack for building connections and fostering relationships? Groovy Celebration Pvt Ltd is offering a paid internship opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in vendor onboarding for our online event management platform.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to event management vendors in Islamabad/Rawalpindi region, including catering services, marquee providers, cafes offering event-related services, decorators, makeup artists, photographers, qawals, and more.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to explain the benefits of joining our platform and onboard them to our website.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure a positive experience and ongoing engagement.
- Meet and exceed targets for vendor acquisition within specified categories. The target would be to bring at least 10 vendors from each category.
Requirements:
- Understanding of the event management industry in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, with existing connections and networks preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with flexible hours.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals.
