BaysInternational is actively looking for an experienced and proactive AssistantManager – HR to join our team in Karachi!
If you have strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, and HR compliance, we’d love to hear from you.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Operations.
* Manage employee full and final settlements.
* Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns.
* Oversee attendance management and maintain accurate employee records.
* Manage EOBI & SESSI matters and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
* Support smooth day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
