LOGON BROADBAND, a division of Lbi, is expanding its network across Pakistan and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its fiber‑optic team.
Fiber Technician – Responsibilities
- Set up and configure fiber‑optic cables and related network hardware.
- Carry out splicing, testing and diagnose faults in the fiber network.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and restore service promptly.
- Perform routine maintenance visits and keep accurate work logs.
- Observe safety standards on all site activities.
Fiber Technician – Who Should Apply
- Matric or Intermediate education (preferred).
- Prior experience with fiber‑optic installation, FTTH or ODN.
- Familiarity with splicing, testing and fault finding.
- Possess a driving licence (advantageous).
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Fiber Helper – Responsibilities
- Assist technicians during installation and maintenance tasks.
- Transport and arrange tools, cables and equipment on site.
- Help with cable laying, duct work and site preparation.
- Support repair and installation activities under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
Fiber Helper – Who Should Apply
- Matric qualification (preferred).
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
- Eager to learn fiber‑optic installation techniques.
- Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively.
- Good communication skills; local candidates are preferred.
