📢 WE’RE HIRING | *BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – KARACHI*
Envi Tech AL is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Karachi.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients across the environmental, laboratory, industrial and consultancy sectors, including:
✅ Identifying and developing new business opportunities
✅ Generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline
✅ Client acquisition and relationship management
✅ Preparing and following up on quotations and proposals
✅ Conducting client meetings, presentations and follow-ups
✅ Understanding client requirements and coordinating with technical teams
✅ Achieving monthly and annual business development targets
✅ Maintaining sales records, pipeline and CRM activities
✅ Following up with existing clients for repeat business and new opportunities
✅ Market research and identifying potential industries and clients
What we’re looking for:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Sciences or a relevant field
💼 Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or B2B Sales
🏭 Experience in environmental, laboratory, industrial, testing or consultancy services will be an advantage
📊 Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
🤝 Excellent client relationship and networking abilities
🎯 Target-oriented with a strong business development mindset
💻 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/business development tools
🚗 Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
🕘 Employment Type: Permanent
