Trubyte (Pvt) Ltd is expanding and looking for a motivated *Business Development Officer* to join our team in Pakistan and help scale our B2B client base across IT services, managed solutions, cloud, and cybersecurity. If you have a passion for tech sales and love building relationships with decision-makers, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Outreach: Identify and engage SMB and enterprise clients via LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and networking channels.
Client Engagement: Understand client requirements and effectively pitch our suite of IT solutions. Relationship Building: Connect and build trust with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CTOs, and IT Managers.
Sales Pipeline Management: Generate leads, schedule meetings, follow up consistently, and drive the sales cycle toward targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our technical teams to craft winning proposals and ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition. B2B tech experience is a preferred advantage.
Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Mindset: A proactive, eager-to-learn, and target-driven attitude.
Preferred Background: Basic familiarity with IT services, cloud, or cybersecurity, and the local Pakistani market. Experience with vendor solutions such as Fortinet, Veeam, Dell, Huawei, Google Workspace, and others is a strong advantage.
