BMA Investment Advisors is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join the marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with up to six months of experience who are eager to develop their skills in content creation and digital marketing. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the company’s social media presence and driving audience engagement across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement engaging Reels, posts, stories, and other short-form content tailored for social media channels.
– Participate in content creation by appearing on camera and assisting with shooting videos.
– Support the production of marketing materials for offline campaigns and collateral.
– Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and daily marketing operations.
– Monitor and adapt to the latest social media trends and emerging content formats to keep the brand relevant and appealing.
Required Qualifications:
– Up to six months of relevant experience or internship in marketing or content creation.
– Strong passion for content creation and marketing strategies.
– Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and innovate.
– Comfortable speaking on camera with a presentable and confident personality.
– Proficient in spoken English with good communication skills.
– Ability to quickly learn and support various marketing tasks as needed.
– Familiarity with social media platforms, specifically Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
– Basic skills in mobile video shooting and editing.
– Prior experience in content creation, including samples or project work, is considered an advantage.
