The Client Success Manager Trainee plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success by managing order fulfillment, building strong client relationships, addressing customer needs, and supporting project management activities. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses primarily on managing new accounts during the first six months and supporting at-risk accounts through the Service Desk.
Key Responsibilities:
– Process orders and quotes accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with customer and contract service level agreements (SLAs).
– Monitor open orders continuously and expedite as necessary to meet deadlines.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by engaging with multiple contacts across various departments.
– Communicate proactively about order status, constraints, and alternative solutions to both customers and internal sales teams.
– Provide exceptional customer service by understanding operational and reporting needs and acting as the primary contact for customer issues and concerns.
– Manage off-catalog customer requests, maintain custom catalogs on Zones Connect, and coordinate inventory management activities for hardware and software contracts.
– Participate in account planning and project management, including pipeline growth, needs coordination, and new customer rollouts in collaboration with PMO or Enterprise Operations.
– Identify opportunities to increase account profitability and promote Zones’ automation capabilities to customers.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
– Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably in enterprise-level sales or customer service roles.
– Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
– Excellent organizational skills and process management expertise.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence, and persuade stakeholders.
– Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
