HTMA Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated individual to support its procurement function at the head office in Lahore. This entry‑level position provides fresh graduates or current Business Administration students with practical exposure to supply chain and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and monitoring purchase requisitions and orders to facilitate procurement.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and generate stock reports using Excel.
- Track stock levels regularly and help identify replenishment needs.
- Coordinate with vendors by gathering quotations and performing price comparisons.
- Handle procurement and warehouse documentation such as goods received notes and delivery records.
- Liaise with warehouse staff, suppliers, and project sites to ensure timely material deliveries.
- Prepare supply chain reports that reflect inventory and purchasing status.
- Participate in stock verification and physical inventory counts.
- Ensure proper filing of all supply chain documents for audit purposes.
Who Should Apply
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or currently enrolled in such a program.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Good communication and coordination abilities for interacting with internal teams and external vendors.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Basic knowledge of procurement, inventory, or warehouse processes is a plus.
