V2F Solutions, a technology staffing firm, is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Talent Specialist to support its international technical recruitment across the US, Canada, India and LATAM markets. The role is based in Islamabad with a hybrid work arrangement and operates from 5:45 PM to 2:15 AM.
Responsibilities
- Source technical candidates in multiple international markets.
- Create and maintain talent pipelines for roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineers, and Project Managers.
- Conduct Boolean searches and talent mapping using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn RPS, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and similar platforms.
- Organize candidate databases and talent pools for easy access.
- Engage both active and passive candidates, keeping communication ongoing.
- Track candidate skills, experience, location, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Collaborate with recruitment and account teams to meet technical hiring needs.
- Develop knowledge of international employment and independent contractor hiring models.
Who Should Apply
- Minimum one year of experience in technical sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience hiring for IT and technical positions.
- Hands‑on familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn RPS, Indeed, Monster, Dice, or comparable tools.
- Strong command of Boolean search techniques and talent pipeline management.
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems and candidate databases.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
