Liaquat National Hospital & Medical College in Karachi is looking for a trainee speech therapist to assist in diagnostic and therapeutic services for speech and swallowing disorders. The role involves working closely with clients during assessments and treatment sessions to enhance communication and swallowing functions. The trainee will also help maintain patient records and take part in community awareness activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting diagnostic evaluations and swallowing assessments.
- Support speech therapy sessions by implementing treatment plans.
- Develop and adapt therapy goals and activities to individual client needs.
- Help compile and update accurate patient statistics and documentation.
- Participate in organizing and delivering awareness sessions about the services offered.
Who Should Apply
