Precise Interior & Construction seeks a Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer in Lahore to lead team, prepare BOQs and estimates and manage billing for projects
Precise Interior & Construction, a prominent civil and interior contracting firm in Lahore, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer to manage cost estimation and billing across its projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare precise quantity takeoffs and detailed bills of quantities (BOQ) from civil, architectural and interior drawings.
- Develop cost estimates and project quotations covering materials, labour and overhead.
- Issue interim payment certificates, running bills and final invoices according to contract terms.
- Validate contractor, subcontractor and vendor invoices against measured quantities and agreed rates.
- Conduct rate analysis and keep material‑labour cost databases up to date.
- Measure completed work on site, identify variations and assess their financial impact.
- Coordinate with site, procurement and other internal teams to ensure accurate budgeting and billing.
- Lead and mentor a small team of two estimators, ensuring high‑quality output.
Who Should Apply
- Minimum four years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation for civil and interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and estimation software such as PlanSwift.
- Ability to analyse rates, maintain cost databases and verify invoices.
- Good communication skills and experience working closely with site and procurement teams.
- Proven capability to supervise a small team and deliver accurate estimates.
