Responsibilities
- Prepare precise quantity takeoffs for GC projects.
- Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and related documents.
- Calculate material quantities and develop detailed cost reports.
- Generate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and estimation reports.
- Identify project scope requirements to ensure estimate accuracy.
- Collaborate with the estimation team to meet project timelines.
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of experience in construction estimation.
- Proficiency with PlanSwift software.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. construction drawings and estimating practices.
