viSole Group, a prominent healthcare company in Pakistan, imports and distributes medical devices and pharmaceuticals. The Rawalpindi office seeks a proactive Supply Chain Officer to streamline procurement, inventory, warehousing and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Organize procurement tasks such as obtaining quotations, issuing purchase orders and following up with suppliers.
- Track stock levels and arrange timely replenishment of items.
- Work closely with warehouse staff to manage receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor pending purchase and customer orders, ensuring on‑time delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse and Logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Oversee order processing, shipment status and any outstanding deliveries.
- Assist in demand forecasting and material requirements planning.
- Handle import paperwork, shipment tracking and customs clearance.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and generate inventory and procurement reports.
Who Should Apply
- Graduates holding a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least one year of hands‑on supply chain experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical‑device sector.
- Proficiency with ERP software (SAP preferred) and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory control, warehousing and logistics processes.
- Direct supply‑chain experience is essential; general admin backgrounds will not be considered.
