Responsibilities
- Keep accurate inventory records, track stock levels and ensure proper storage.
- Process purchase requests, obtain vendor quotations and oversee timely procurement.
- Arrange transportation, coordinate deliveries and manage movement of goods between locations.
- Maintain all related documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes and stock registers.
Who Should Apply
- Individuals with solid knowledge of inventory and store management.
- Familiarity with local procurement procedures and related paperwork.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and inventory/procurement software.
