As a communication and government affairs intern at GSK, the candidate will play a crucial role in supporting internal engagement and stakeholder mapping activities. They will have the opportunity to work closely with the relevant stakeholders to develop and execute communication strategies that effectively engage our employees and stakeholders. • Fresh graduate – BBA
• Background in Art, Communication, or a related creative field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support internal engagement initiatives by assisting in the planning and coordination of communication campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of key messages and materials.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping exercises to identify and analyze key stakeholders, their interests, and their level of influence.
• Assist in the creation of engaging content for various communication channels, such as intranet articles, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Monitor and analyze policy developments related to our business and provide updates to the team.
• Support the preparation of briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of internal events and meetings, including logistics, agenda development, and post-event evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for effective communication and engagement strategies.
• Conduct research and analysis to support the development of communication plans and initiatives.
• Assist in the management and maintenance of internal communication platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible to employees.
• Provide general administrative support to the communication and government affairs team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining documentation.
