Job description
We are looking for a Product Design intern to join our team at Raisa. As an intern product designer, you will be responsible for working on designing new experiences for Raisa products. You will be working and collaborating with product managers, engineers, data scientists (Cairo, Egypt), and Oil and Gas professional users (Denver, USA) to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.

What is expected from you
In this role, you will contribute with the rest of the product team in shaping, maintaining, and evolving the user experience of Raisa.
- Conduct user research and usability activities.
- Research and share industry trends, competitors, and comparable experiences.
- Deliver business vision using design artifacts such as Information Architecture, User flow, and prototypes.
- Develop interactive prototypes to communicate detailed components interaction behaviors.
- Consider market analysis, user feedback, technical constraints/opportunities, and user research findings.
Job requirements
- Good understanding of user research and usability testing.
- Good understanding of creating prototypes.
- Strong sensibility of best design practices for production delivery across platforms.
- Good understanding of design, wireframing, and prototyping tools (Figma, Axure, Sketch, …).
- You are organized and you do not miss the details.
- No coding experience needed, although a technical background is a plus.
