Internship Available Departments:
- Planning & Controlling
- Accounting
- Procurement
Your Role in Planning & Controlling:
- Monitor the production G&A and investment spending for production.
- Monitor all other variable cost-related matters including consumables, local contents, provision for stock obsolescence.
- Work closely with local content suppliers for costing and pricing matters.
Your Role in Accounting:
- Assist in the costing process of the Mercedes-Benz Manufactured vehicles & Spare parts shipments.
- Assist in the management of e-invoicing process.
- Assist with internal controls data gathering.
Your Role in Procurement:
- Maintain Invoice Log: (Registration & assignment).
- Handling Purchase Requisition.
- Purchase Requisition submission & Follow-up.
- Email the Purchase Order to the supplier (where the system does not support automatic emailing).
- Follow up on advance payment processing and settlement.
- Prepare Internal Controls Documents and Reports.
- Performing Administrative Activities, performing day to day administrative.
