Responsibilities:

• Assist in addressing client inquiries and providing technical support for Zoho products and services.

• Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients.

• Learn and become proficient in using Zoho applications to effectively assist clients.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base articles.

• Participate in client onboarding activities, assisting with setup and configuration of Zoho solutions.

• Gain exposure to customer relationship management by actively engaging with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and communicate client feedback for product improvement.

• Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and enhancements in Zoho products to provide accurate information to clients.

• Assist in training clients on using Zoho software effectively.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Strong interest in technology and a passion for providing excellent customer support.

• Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.

• Prior experience or familiarity with Zoho products is a plus but not required.
