About the Role
Texinity is looking for a skilled Technical Writer who can simplify complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation. The role involves creating product documentation similar to Salesforce help guides, developing user guides and writing website content. The ideal candidate has a strong writing background, good technical comprehension, and the ability to explain technical products in simple, accessible language.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, help articles, and step-by-step tutorials.
Write clear, structured documentation explaining product features, workflows, and platform functionality.
Develop website content that communicates technical products and their capabilities effectively.
Understand technical concepts and translate them into content that both technical and non-technical users can understand.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
Maintain consistency in writing style, terminology, and documentation standards.
Requirements
Strong background in technical writing, content writing, documentation, or a related field.
Excellent written English, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts, including REST APIs/endpoints, integrations, and large language models (LLMs).
Familiarity with SaaS products, software platforms, and product documentation.
Ability to organize complex information into clear, easy-to-follow guides.
Strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating documentation for SaaS products or web-based platforms.
Familiarity with knowledge bases, help centers, and user documentation tools.
Experience writing website copy for technology products.
A portfolio of technical documentation, user guides, or relevant writing samples.
