We are seeking a motivated and high-potential individual to join our team as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Maintenance at a textile spinning mill. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience in the maintenance operations of a busy spinning facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of machinery, minimizing downtime, and supporting both preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee all maintenance activities within the spinning mills to ensure operational efficiency.
– Strive to achieve minimum machine downtime while maximizing overall equipment effectiveness.
– Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance as well as respond promptly to breakdowns to reduce production interruptions.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering (Yarn Manufacturing) or related field (BE/BS).
– Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Additional Information:
– This is a full-time position based in the Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
– The role requires physical presence at the work location.
– Monthly salary range is Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000.
