Airblue is inviting female graduates to a walk-in interview for the position of Counselor – Terminal Customer Services within the Terminal Operations department at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi. Job Description

As a Counselor – Terminal Customer Services, you will be the face of Airblue at the airport, assisting passengers with check-in, ticketing queries, boarding processes, and general customer service needs. You will be responsible for ensuring passengers have a smooth and pleasant experience while representing Airblue’s standards of professionalism and hospitality. The role requires close coordination with ground staff, cabin crew, and airport authorities to manage day-to-day terminal operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist passengers at check-in and boarding counters
Handle passenger queries, complaints, and special requests professionally
Coordinate with ground operations and other departments to ensure smooth flight handling
Manage documentation and MS Office-based reporting tasks
Maintain composure and efficiency during high-pressure, time-sensitive situations
Represent Airblue’s brand and customer service values at all times

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-accredited university
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Female candidates only, presentable and confident
Willingness to work in rotational/shift-based airport operations
