Allied Axiom Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. i looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Officer to join our team.
💼 Experience: 1–2 Years
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage day-to-day purchasing activities and procurement requirements.
– Source and evaluate suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
– Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
– Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
– Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
– Maintain proper purchase records, vendor data, and documentation.
– Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Production, and other departments.
– Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
– Ensure purchases are made according to company policies and approved requirements.
Requirements
– 1–2 years of relevant experience in purchasing/procurement.
– Good negotiation and communication skills.
– Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
– Good vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
