Arfa Developers is offering a 90-day on-site internship at their Rawalpindi office for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in AI tools, content creation, social media management, and digital monetization. This internship is designed for creative and curious candidates who want to develop practical digital skills by working on real assignments involving AI-powered content production and social media growth strategies. While the internship is unpaid, successful completion may lead to a full-time employment offer with a starting salary ranging from PKR 25,000 to 40,000, based on technical skills, performance, and contribution. Please note that remote work, pick-and-drop, and meals are not provided, and candidates must attend the office according to the assigned schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
– Research content ideas, niches, and emerging trends using AI tools.
– Create social media posts, short videos, captions, and other digital content.
– Assist in managing assigned social media accounts and maintain consistent posting schedules.
– Schedule and publish content according to a content calendar.
– Monitor engagement metrics such as views, reach, and audience growth.
– Research monetization opportunities across different platforms.
– Experiment with content formats and optimize results based on analytics.
– Maintain records of published content and prepare weekly progress reports.
– Collaborate with team members on content strategies and digital growth initiatives.
– Follow platform guidelines and respect copyright and intellectual property rights.
Required Qualifications:
– Candidates with FA, FSC, ICom, ICS, fresh graduates, or university students are welcome.
– Backgrounds in Computer Science, IT, Media Studies, Marketing, Business, or related fields are preferred.
– Basic computer and internet skills are essential.
– Interest in AI tools, digital technologies, and social media content creation.
– Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with content ideas.
– Basic written communication skills and ability to research trends.
– Discipline, time management, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
– Willingness to learn video editing, content design, and complete practical assignments on time.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
– Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok is advantageous but not mandatory.
– Gain practical experience using modern AI tools for content creation, research, and productivity.
– Develop hands-on skills in social media management, content planning, and audience engagement.
