About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Associate Sales Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong sales expertise and leadership skills who can drive revenue growth while building long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager, leading a team of executives, and ensuring successful sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales executives to improve productivity.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Organize and lead client meetings, presentations, and property/site visits.
- Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports for management.
- Support negotiations and oversee smooth closing of deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh to 4 years of relevant sales experience (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
