We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Operations Associate to join our team onsite in Bahria Town, Lahore, or nearby areas. This role is ideal for proactive individuals eager to build a career in business development and field sales, whether you are a fresh graduate passionate about tech sales or have over a year of experience in field sales. The primary focus will be driving the adoption of our mobile application across key commercial locations by engaging directly with shopkeepers and business owners. This full-time position requires working Monday to Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a competitive salary package ranging from PKR 40,000 to PKR 50,000 per month, plus additional perks.
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct daily field visits to shops, retail stores, and commercial areas to promote the mobile application.
– Demonstrate app features and assist with installation and onboarding for merchants and businesses.
– Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local clients and business owners.
– Actively generate leads and meet weekly and monthly merchant acquisition targets.
– Collect customer feedback and gather competitive market intelligence to support business growth.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily visits and client interactions.
Required Qualifications
– Fresh graduates or interns with a strong interest in sales and technology, or candidates with at least 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
– Residency in Bahria Town, Lahore, or immediate surrounding areas to ensure easy daily commute.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
– Ownership of a reliable motorbike or vehicle along with a valid driving license for conducting field visits.
– Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive daily field movements.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
– Competitive base salary between PKR 40,000 and PKR 50,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
