Atlas Honda, one of Pakistan’s leading motorcycle manufacturers, is offering a Management Trainee Officer opportunity at its Sheikhupura Plant. This role is designed for fresh engineering graduates or those with up to one year of experience who are looking to build a career in a structured, hands-on manufacturing environment.
What you’ll do:
- Support plant operations and management functions as part of a trainee development track
- Apply engineering knowledge to real production processes
- Work cross-functionally with teams to improve efficiency and resource use
- Contribute analytical input to ongoing plant initiatives
Who should apply:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronic, or Automotive Engineering
- CGPA of 2.8 or above
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical ability and effective time/resource management
- A collaborative team player mindset
