Froth Coffee Bar is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its team as a Barman or Trainee Barista across several Karachi locations, including North Nazimabad, KDA Tipu Sultan, and DHA. The role is suited for those who love specialty drinks and want to grow in a lively café setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, frappés, mocktails and other beverages according to Froth’s standard recipes.
- Maintain consistent quality and attractive presentation for every drink served.
- Operate and care for coffee machines, blenders and other equipment efficiently.
- Keep the beverage station, tools and work areas clean and hygienic, following daily sanitation routines.
- Monitor stock levels, handle ingredients responsibly and minimize waste.
- Support teammates during busy periods to ensure smooth service.
Who Should Apply
- Individuals with bartending or beverage‑making experience are welcome, though fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are also encouraged.
