Bilal Switchgear Engineering is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Karachi.
If you have a strong technical background in electrical engineering, proven sales experience, and a passion for business development, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our growth journey.
🎓 Qualification: B.E. in Electrical Engineering
💼 Experience: 5–7 years, preferably in sales of electrical equipment
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell electrical switchgears, control panels, and related products.
Develop strong relationships with industrial clients, consultants, contractors, and EPC companies.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
Prepare technical proposals and quotations in coordination with internal teams.
Negotiate commercial terms, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets.
Maintain customer relationships and monitor market trends.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong technical knowledge of LV/MV switchgears and electrical control panels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A proactive approach to business development and customer relationship management.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
