We are seeking motivated individuals for a Paid and Unpaid Trainee position, offering a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and freelancing. This is a full-time remote role with a duration of three months, designed for fresh graduates or those with up to six months of experience. The working hours are from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates will engage in various activities that build skills in client communication, proposal writing, and market research, preparing them for a successful career in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
– Participate in online bidding on freelancing platforms to secure projects.
– Communicate directly with clients via email to understand their requirements and maintain professional relationships.
– Write clear and persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
– Maintain accurate and organized documentation as required.
– Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends.
– Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
– Demonstrate aptitude for sales and business development activities.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
– Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant experience.
