Responsibilities
- Assist Relationship Managers with daily management of corporate client portfolios.
- Coordinate with frontline business units and support teams to deliver client requests and transactions efficiently.
- Resolve client operational queries promptly.
- Support compliance activities, including AML, CDD and other regulatory requirements.
- Help with client onboarding while adhering to internal policies.
- Provide assistance on various project tasks as assigned by management.
