Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Audit Executive to ensure accurate stock management and compliance with inventory processes. This role involves regular stock audits, discrepancy analysis, and coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile with system records
- Identify, investigate, and report inventory variances
- Ensure compliance with inventory SOPs (receiving, transfers, returns, stock handling)
- Monitor shrinkage and identify risks such as theft, errors, or process gaps
- Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with store, warehouse, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Willingness to travel extensively for store audits
Skills:
- Basic understanding of inventory management and audit processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
