PDH Pharmaceuticals is looking for Chief Executive Officer to join our team in *Lahore.*
Key responsibilities
Drive sustainable business growth, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, strengthen organizational capabilities, and enhance profitability.
Evaluate opportunities for strategic partnerships, licensing, contract manufacturing, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Oversee compliance with applicable pharmaceutical laws, regulations and regulatory standards.
Identify new business opportunities, therapeutic segments, markets, products, and revenue streams.
Lead business expansion into new geographical markets, therapeutic areas, and distribution channels.
Provide strategic direction to Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Commercial functions.
Present business performance, strategic initiatives, risks, budgets, and major decisions to the Board.
Monitor revenue, gross margins, EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance
Monitor regulatory developments that may affect the company’s products, manufacturing, marketing, and business operations.
Represent the company before regulators, government authorities, industry associations, investors, business partners, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.20+ years of progressive experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or related regulated industry.
Pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, manufacturing, or other regulated manufacturing-sector experience preferred.
