*Sales & Business Development — Showroom & Projects*
We’re expanding our sales teams:
• Karachi: 1–2 openings, including one dedicated Kohler Sales Specialist
• Lahore: 2–3 openings, including one dedicated Kohler Sales Specialist
Full-time, on-site
Basic salary: PKR 80,000–100,000 per month
High commissions + performance incentives, with potential total earnings of 2–3× basic salary, depending on results.
YOUR ROLE
• Guide showroom customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and close sales.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers and corporate buyers.
• Identify project opportunities and arrange client meetings, presentations and site visits.
• Maintain your sales pipeline and coordinate product availability, orders and delivery.
• Work with our Brand & Growth Lead to convert marketing enquiries into sales.
• Achieve agreed targets and deliver a professional customer experience.
KOHLER SPECIALISTS — ONE IN EACH CITY
Chughtaiz is a Kohler distributor. Our dedicated specialists will own Kohler enquiries and sales in their city, develop strong product knowledge and work with architects and designers to secure Kohler specifications for projects. Experience in premium sanitaryware, bathroom solutions or related project sales is a strong advantage.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
Ideally 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, initiative and consistent follow-through. Experience in kitchens, interiors, sanitaryware, furniture or building materials is an advantage. You should be comfortable with showroom sales and external client visits.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, initiative and a willingness to learn may be considered for Management Trainee — Sales & Business Development roles. Designation and compensation will reflect experience and role.
