ZTE is seeking City Managers to supervise retail operations in the South, Central and North regions of Pakistan. The role involves overseeing multiple stores, driving sales and managing budgets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of all retail outlets within the assigned city to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and execute business strategies aimed at meeting sales targets and maximizing profit.
- Lead, mentor and motivate store managers and staff to deliver high‑quality customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply‑chain teams to prevent stock‑outs or excess stock.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to pinpoint growth opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to ZTE’s corporate policies and standards.
- Plan budgets, control expenses and prepare financial reports for the city’s retail network.
