Innotec-es, a firm serving the US construction and restoration market, is hiring Civil Engineering graduates for cost estimation roles at its Lahore office. The position provides hands‑on experience in construction estimation, quantity surveying and project cost analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed construction estimates from drawings and specifications.
- Perform quantity takeoffs for various trades.
- Assess subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Calculate material, labour and equipment costs.
- Review RFIs, change orders and cost variations.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects and engineers.
Who Should Apply
- Fresh graduates holding a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with basic knowledge of construction drawings, AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Professionals with 1–5 years of experience in construction estimation or quantity surveying, able to read architectural, structural, MEP and civil drawings, and familiar with tools such as Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, Procore, Buildertrend, Sage Estimating or STACK.
