Utopian Takeoffs (Pvt.) Ltd. delivers precise construction estimating, quantity take‑offs and cost validation for clients in the United States, employing tools such as PlanSwift and Bluebeam. The firm is looking for a fresh civil estimator to become part of its civil work team based in Rawalpindi.
Responsibilities
- Perform quantity take‑offs for civil items like concrete, reinforcement, masonry, earthwork and finishes.
- Examine civil and structural drawings and specifications to determine scope and quantities.
- Assist in preparing cost breakdowns using PlanSwift, Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with senior estimators and support the preparation of bid submissions.
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (final‑year students are welcome).
- Zero to six months of experience, including internships.
- Basic familiarity with civil drawings and quantity calculations.
- Fundamental knowledge of MS Excel; experience with PlanSwift or Bluebeam is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Rawalpindi and to learn.
