RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor branch opening times and staff attendance.
Ensure compliance with dress code and morning clinic procedures.
Monitor staff activities, customer greeting, and allocated work areas.
Ensure compliance with the mobile phone usage policy.
Monitor billing procedures and ensure bills are handed over to customers.
Track the punctuality and activities of Branch Managers, ASMs, and RERs.
Prepare daily monitoring reports and address suspicious activities.
Follow up with branches to resolve operational queries.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Intermediate qualification.
Strong observation and reporting skills.
Relevant CCTV monitoring experience will be preferred.
