About the Program
Colgate-Palmolive Pakistan is inviting applications for its Graduate Trainee Engineer (GTE) Program 2026, based at the Kotri Plant. This program is designed to give fresh engineering graduates hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, technical problem-solving, and professional development within a leading multinational FMCG company.
Job Description
As a Graduate Trainee Engineer, you will:
- Rotate through key plant functions to gain broad exposure to manufacturing, maintenance, and process operations
- Work alongside experienced engineers on production efficiency, equipment reliability, and process improvement initiatives
- Support root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for technical and operational issues
- Assist in implementing safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards on the plant floor
- Participate in structured training sessions and on-the-job mentorship as part of the trainee development track
- Contribute to cross-functional projects involving engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams
Eligibility Requirements
- Fresh BE/BS graduate in Engineering (January 2026 or June 2026 batch)
- Preferred disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
- Other engineering disciplines are also welcome to apply
- Strong academic record and demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Willingness to work on-site at the Kotri Plant
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- No prior work experience required — this is an entry-level trainee position
